Mediators listed in the Comsgateway Mediator directory have voluntarily chosen to become members of COMSGATEWAY. Each mediator listed has their own small independent mediation practice and can be contacted directly about their mediation services. They are also supported by Comsgateway with as little or as much support as they wish to receive.
They have joined the Mediator Directory to work in collaboration with us to highlight their mediation services to clients. Each mediator on the directory is available to undertake mediations in the UK. Mediation services offered include in-person, hybrid, remote and online (ODR) services. Sectors covered on the directory include Civil and Commercial, Family, Workplace, Community and SEND mediation.

You can either contact the mediator directly using the contact information they have provided or you can use our search facility to match mediators with your specific criteria. You can search by area of expertise, UK location or mediator name.

We highlight some of the most popular mediation venues in Central London and we also provide an interactive map that you can use to find a venue location across the UK. The map will show hotels (where conference facilities can be used for mediation sessions) and accommodation (airbnbs) options if you also need an overnight stay for a mediation lasting more than one day.

All our members are vetted carefully to ensure they meet a certain minimum standard as detailed below.
CMC Registered Mediators
All Mediators listed in the Directory are active members of the Civil Mediation Council or have been positively encouraged to be a member. Alternatively each individual can confidently demonstrate a clear minimum quality standard.
European Code of Conduct
All Mediators listed in the Directory must adhere to the European Code of Conduct for Mediators or equivalent. They must also show compliance with a quality complaints procedure and actively encourage equality and diversity across the mediation sector.
Professional Indemnity
All Mediators listed in the Directory must have the correct Professional Indemnity Insurance cover and be able to provide evidence of such cover upon request.
